I did a whois on them found this information, but nobody picks up. The company is unregistered as well.

They refuse to refund me, say it's my fault. How is it my fault, I simply purchased an account for $600 and a few days later it's banned. When I contacted their phone support, they hang up on me. This company is fraud. Stay away at all costs.
