i purchased a sofa 9/1/10 2 weeks after i purchased it my brother in law noticed the pleather underneath the arm was loose i never looked into it but recently it has become very noticed able so i called to the warehouse and spoke with cathy thompson 2 weeks ago so she could come take alook at it she finally came by after my husband called her up cause she took me as a joke well she came in and took a picture of the couch and said she would get back with me this week she never called so my husband called her back as of today4/29/2011 she told him it wasnt going to be coverd because we damaged it areselves and she gave me the name and number of her manager charles that had told her so so i called him to find out if this was ligget well he told me he hadnt spoke to cathy about anything and i assured him she told me she spoke with you and gave me your name and number so he called her than he calles me back with a hand full of lies sayen yea i did talk to her and she took a pic of it and no we cant help you she said your husband told her your children sat on the arm of the couch i replied my husband would of never said that cause that not the truth iand he was full of it just like her i bursted out in tears cause he beleived all of that coniving ladys lies i told him i will complain on them afterward i called my husaband and like i knew he never told her such a thing all i wanted was help with my sofa not ahand full of lies from both managers charles from abilene and cathy from snyder ive always been a good custumer and never had a problem till now but i will not be a reg there anymore
