Toner fraud
This is the second time IDCSERVCO tried to scam us on a toner order. Last year, a salesperson called and the receptionist made the mistake of signing the fax that was sent, thereby ordering toner. The price was over $500... we only received ONE toner cartridge...NOT a CASE of cartridges as they stated. Today a girl named Sara called and tried to get us to order another one, this time for $439. She told the same receptionist that our company "already paid for it", and she just wanted to get it shipped out to us, pressuring her to sign the fax again. We still have the unused toner cartridge from last year, so this time before making a mistake, we looked up the company online and found numerous fraud complaints. I called Sara back at 760-746-2455 and told her that I was reporting the fraud, that we did not want the toner, that we would refuse any shipment, and to please never call us again. This company not only scams you into ordering toner at a ridiculous price, they will LIE to get you to sign the fax. Sara told my receptionist that it was "already paid for" several times. Just now, another person called our office and asked for one of the other guys that works here. When I picked up the phone and asked if I could help the girl said "Hi I'm Tammy from Service for Konica Minolta"... I asked, "What company?"... and she hung up. Don't know if it was related, but seems like a weird coincidence.

Unauthorized billing
They work with or for IDCSERVCO of Culver City California to charge you 100 times more than what a product, in this case toner, can be bought for from a valid retailer. They conned one of my homes into believing they were our toner supplier and charged them $359 for a toner cartridge you can get for $35.99 at Office Depot. All of our branches now hang up on anyone trying to sell them toner. We are always the one to call when we need something from now on...
