Further to your complaint regarding Airwaybill no 3798863460 that was dispatched from Switzerland on 28th of October 2009 .let me explain what exactly happened :This shipment had been arrived at our office in Alexandria last October 31 as we've contacted you to arrange the delivery subsequently it's out for delivery on November 01 but you refused to pay the custom duties, shipment has been returned to our office .Accordingly we send to our office in switzerland to check with shipper if he'd like to pay the duties instead of you.> FIRSTLY YOUR HISTORY IS BETWEEN FACT AND FICTION, KINDLY MUST BE YOU NOW EVERY THING AND ALL FACT ISSUE FOR IT TO CAN DECIDE WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELYING UNTIL NOW
