My colleges and i were having lunch at the waruku japanese restaurant in central. The moment we got in, we were greeted by an unenthusiastic waiter who gave us a dirty look. This really made me angry and made me lose some of my appetite as well. After we had decided on what food to order, we called for a waiter to take our order. The same waiter who greeted us came to our table. Before i had the chance to give him my orders, he rudely interrupted me and told me to wait as he was still new and could not take orders. He then strode off to get the help of another waiter.
He had displayed a very bad attitude towards service and showed no respect to us customers. Another thing is, shouldn’t all restaurants train their waiters and waitress well before they are allowed to serve customers? How can there be a waiter who could not take orders and yet walk around the restaurant wearing the waiter uniform? How many customers are you going to deceive and waste their time?
This young waiter had really left a deep impression on me and had ruined my entire eating experience in this japanese restaurant. This restaurant should not employ waiters like him.
