OK guys, "redefining professionalism" should include returning vendor calls and emails of which I have sent/called Chris, Brandon, and their "accounting department repeatedly(12 documented calls/3 documented emails), and to date, have never received a call or an email back.
You see, I provided rental services at a recent trade show that SLVPD sponsored, and am still awaiting payment for my services. Or services, which are usually ordered infrequently, require payment on the day of the event. Due to the urgency of their request, I waived the deposit, and invoiced them for the entire balance.
Brandon called me and ordered my services, which I provided within 5 hours of his call. I have now waited over 30 days to receive payment, and am having to proceed with the collection process on this company.
My company has done over 300 rental events, and to date, this is the only company we have had this issue with.
Re-defining professionalism? These guys don't even have voice mail! Maybe because they got tired of hearing angry messages from reputable vendors that wanted to get paid! I have costs involved, and am a small company trying to survive out here.
You would think that a company that could sponsor a whole trade show could pay my meager $405.00 invoice.
Do not do business with this company unless you get payment in full in advance!
And I'm hoping this links directly to Brandon, Chris, and Mike...and maybe I can get paid!
Redefining Professionalism! I've got a new one for you-Total lack of Professionalism!
