Sure I wish I had known about this site before I bought this product. Now, because of the quality, reliability and lies I have gotton from Wasauna it is my intent to inform potential buyers what they can expect.
- They told me this product had a 5 year guarantee. This steam sauna dumps hot water out the overflow tubes and will drain my 50 gallon water heater tank in minutes. Numerous telephone discussions with them have produced EMPTY PROMICES.
- I rec'd. THREE (3) DIFFERENT assembly instruction manuals and one user manual via e-mail...after trying to digest the foreign written manuals I asked two plummers and an engineer for help...they all basically said I needed more help than they could offer. Assembly took many more hours than Wasauna told me. Operation instructions are still difficult to comprehend.
- I used the steam shower 5 times with no problems. The parts mgr. told me they were awere of some problems directly related in this area. Both the sales mgr. and parts mgr. told me they would send the repair parts...that was 3 months ago.
- I put almost 4 grand in this product and all I have now is pretty plastic and glass...SHUDDA DONE MY HOMEWORK BETTER...BUYER BEWARE!!!
