We bought a washer and a dryer from Sears and the salesman set up the rebate and we were promised it would be in the mail within (6) six weeks. The rebate never arrived. We wrote the rebate department and they said we had gotten the $75.00 rebate. So we wnet to Sears and they said they took care of the problem and that we would get our rebate check in (3) three weeks. We just got an e-mail stating that they would not give us our rebate. I feel that the people that shop any Sears store should be warned. Don't trust them as they lie. I would not buy anything again from Sears as I need to have confidence in places I shop. Sears is losing their grip on how to treat people. It seems that people should take a week and not shop there. Maybe Sears would get the hint and wake up.
