Mostly problems in a Washing Machine are due to PCB (Pitch Circuit Board)

Actual Average Repair cost of a PCB is Rs.100 to 300 only.

Service person only replaces the IC or Capacitor & nothing else.

For fast response they take original PCB from the customer & fix another customers PCB into it as model no. is same.

Unauthorized dealer dont even give the Genuine Bill. They give a fake bill without TIN Number.

They fool the customers by charging heavily because the service person gets 5% as commission on the customer service bill from company. If u got it repaired from unauthorized dealer then their commission increases accordingly.

To save ur cost get it repaired infront of u from any local dealer because it takes maximum half an hour to repair it.

I have purchased washing machine last year on 18 april 2010 with two year warranty today I register complaint with one of their executive that wash tub is not working they told me that if we find any pin or coin etc in the machine they will charge Rs.100/- with me due to mishandling of machine. But when i purchase the machine there is no such intimation and if we have any trouble during 2 years they have to provide the free of cost service. Even I ask them to give me the contact number of senior person so that I can talk them in this regard first they refuses to give me the number when I insist they told me that supervisor will call you back but around two hours ago no phone call received by them... Before this I have Kelvinator washing machine and during warranty no problem is creating by them as Whirlpool did I am very disappointed while knowing that why should we pay Rs.100/- for service it is also in the warranty period

I complain with LG Call center no: C10B1512143, Technician name Bhaumic came and change Drier motor and take 1000 Rs., Now there is problem of drier your techinician is not picking call. Drier water flow out and also find electric short in washing area.

Most worst service we got from LG. Hope this will take Seriously. We launched today one complain with the same thing No: C10B2303969.

It is intimate you that front door lock of my washing machine has gone deffective and complaint was lodged with compliant cell (tele No 1800-419-4040) having complaint No JAL2807100151(My Mob No-9356734905) on 28 Jul 2010. Engineer of your company at Jalandhar has taken the deffective lock for replacement. Inspite of number of calls nothing has been done till now.

3. Nothwithstanding the above, i would like to bring out the earlier compliants lodged by me since the time machine has been purchase i.e Aug 2004 from AN Niketan Pvt Ltd, Kolkata under 5 years warranty as under:-

we brought a frontload washing machine 2 years back of whirl pool company .recently the front door of the washing machine has broken and we were informing the complaint to the customer care since one month and there is is no response from them but just a simple sorry from them <br />
