defective supply of new washing M/c
Dear sir,
We have purchased one washing M/c since then not runnig proerly. No fo complains sent attented by service people again after some time gives simillar problem. Details of m/c are as under :-

this is to inform you that we purchased a washing machine Model no.: WT9201EG Sl. No. CJ0925ZCQ703504 From m/s UMANG, Dibrugarh on 20.12.08.
and about 45 days ago problem arised in machine. we went to the dealer, they gave us the regional service centre no. we called them. The person came & checked the same & from last 35 days the matter is pending. & your service centre showing different kinds of problem, on your side about lacking of spare part & above all our WARRANTY PERIOD will be over in 1 month. Moreover they have not given us the Job Card no.
I request you to Take immediate action to solve our problem & make sure no other customer has to face such prolem otherwise your IT WILL HAMPER THE IMAGE OF SAMSUNG. IF YOU DO NOT RESPONED WITHIN TWO DAYS. WE WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM .
I HOPE TO GET PROPER RESPONSE, FOR MY PROBLEM.

still waiting for parts-2 mo.
My washer was leaking water from under neigh. I called for service and had conformation for Nov. 10th. The services provider came and checked out the machine and said that there were no leaks under the machine. He did take off the front of the machine. He told me the sink that the washer emptied into had over flowed & that was where the water was coming from. Of course I still did not believe that was the answer. So to prove him wrong I stood there when the water empted and no water came out of my sink. But there was still water on my floor. I called service and explained to them that it was my machine that was leaking water and made a appointment for 11/20/2008. The man cane and said, yes the hose had a hole in it. And said that there was something else wrong and he would order the parts. The parts came and I made another appointment. The man came and was puting the parts in and noticed that there was another problem, and had to order another part or parts, by that time I started to loss track what was going on. The parts came and two men came to replace the parts. At that time theywere downstairs banging away and then he told me that he could not get the parts appart and would have to order the parts to replace the parts that would not come off. The parts came and I made another appoingment. And A&E guy came and a man came from Sears service. They spent quite a while puting ever thing together but, ther was something wrong. He asked if the man that order these parts order a transmission? I told he that was all the parts that I got. He checked the computer and with no dout, the part was not ordered. The man said he should have order the transmission along with the other parts and now he would have to order it and also something else. I just didn't know what to do about my dirts cloths that was mounting up so I took 2 loads to my daught's home to do them. I kept waiting for the part and it didn't come so I called to see what the problem was. They told me that they could not get the part and it is back order. I asked just what that mean? I got what I though as the run around. The cloths keep mounting up and between the calls that I keep making to Maytage, Service, the logiest department, to the suppervisers and the store that sold me the machine. I still got the same run around as before that I had to wait 60 days from when the part was order before they could do anything about it. It is now 1/12/2009 & still don't have a washer. My grand son helped me load 5 badkets of close into the truck and take it to the laundery mat. It cost me about 30.00's and that was only half of my laundery. My grand son and I spent 2 hrs. there and then loaded them into the truck to bring home. Today is 1/15/2009
2 months later and have be calling non stop & still don't have my washer fixed. I called Better Bussines and then found this web site. I guess that I should not be supprised to fined out all the coumplaints for this compay and they are still being used by all the magger applilance compaies. I think something shoud be done about them.

PCB not working
Your representative Mr. Yadav, removed PCB ONE MONTHS BACK on 24-7-2006 for replacement till date he did not turn up to me when i asked about he answered that it is not send from Bhopal by your rep. Mr. Soni I am fed up and phoned to every one at Bhopal and locally please do the needful immediately.
