In oct. 2008 i recieved a notice on changes to my account agreement, with the option to opt.out, in writing.
I did exactly what the instructions required.
Nov. i did not recieve a statement.
They raised my rate from 17.99% to31.99%
when i found out i called the reprsentative, if you want to call him that, informed me i could have called and closed my account, not what the notice said, the notice was very specific in writing!
of course they have no knowlege of the response, or my several complaints of charging me overlimit fees, and not posting my payments on thier website when they were sheduled.
this is not a very good way of doing business.
And you cant contact anyone who can take care of a problem, you can barely talk to someone who can speek english.
