NO BALANCE IN WATAN CARD
I HAVE RECEIVED MY WATAN CARD ON 16-10-2010 AND USED IN DEBITED MACHINE ON 1-11-2010 ON THAT TIME MESSAGE RECEIVED THAT THERE IS AN ERROR IN CARD BUT LATER I CHECK IT ON HELP LINE AND FOUND THAT THE CASH HAS BEEN DRAWN ON THAT DATE i.e 1-11-2010,
