Ordered Item on Oct 11, 2010, was charged for it the next day and to this day I have been trying to get a hold of someone at different times and dates. Left numerouse messages and no one ever calls back. I have also sent in e-mails and no one responeded. Took all my paper trail to my Credit Union and they are going to help recover my loss.
I will be reporting him to the BBB in Frisco Texas.
I have had Bad Customer Service before BUT this is the WORST, NO SERVICE for CUSTOMERS.
