improper functioning of water purifier

i have problems with your product, so as i'm trying from many days for service (39883333), there was no response from your help line, and i'm not satisfied.
so i request you to kindly arrange and give service for my below address...

No service against yearly service contract
The compnay is insisting product holder for anual mentenence contract and getting money with an assurence that compnay will replace once time filter element and two time carbon of instument
contains. after getting money compnay is giving a form duly filled and mentioning a name of service centres with telephone nos. as when requires no response is from the given no. when we contact compnay offic and discusse them the reppy comes the person who filled the contract form has left the service and we can help only against payment. this type of habits is in rutine. please advise to whome we should contactor should we go for a legal action to stop such type of practice to save other customers who are holding compnay product

Annual Maintenance contract
Sir,
I am very sorry to say that after a lot of hua and cry which is written in my first mail which is attached with this mail below, my water purifier got serviced on 21/01/09. At present again my machine is non-functional but nobody is there to take care.At present Eureka Fobes has it's franchise at Bettiah, which is being run by the same firm from which we have maintenance contract for Two years. Whenever we contact Mr Sudhir at his mobile number
+91-9430413904(Mr.Sudhir Kumar), we don't get satisfactory answer. I don't understand how can a company of such reputation can do this.
So please help us to resolve our issues so that my machine can be maintained on time, every time..

do not puryfie water
do not work purifier.

Bag is not given which was promised while saling the product and it is almost 3 months.
The sales person promised to give a eurekaforbes bag while saling the product. We paid the whole amount and that day he told the bags are not in stock we will give you in the coming week.

Its almost 3 months over but nobody has given us the bag. When we call them they do not speak properly and show DADAGIRI, and they tell do whatever you want I am not going to give you the bag.

I tried calling the Sahakar Nagar office also but of no use. I want to report this issue to higher officials because this effects the company reputation in the market.
