sir, i have purchased water pump from your authorised service center named Sarika Enterprises, gol maidan, Ulhasnagar 421002. i am sorry to inform you that it isnot working since last 20 days and after repeated complaints there is no response from your service center. kindly look into the matterj and solve early as possible to avoid legal acation.
