The statement pride of ownership implies that you are an owner (your not)and that you are the only person that cleans up (your not). My Condo is both clean on the inside and outside. You've demonized me as a "bad neighbor" but I defy you to come up with anything that I've ever done to disturb my neighbors. I don't leave dog droppings. I don't discard cigarettes. I don't leave beer cans, soda cans and starbucks cups around . I don't leave trash in front of my door. I don't throw loud parties or blast loud music. I don't have uncontrollably loud barking dogs. I don't have unleashed dogs, I don't vomit , spit or piss in the common areas after stumbling home from the waterfront bar. I don't give the gate code out. I don't have strange friends wandering around the building knocking on neighbors doors asking for $$$. I don't turn the water off without notice because I decided to remodel. I don't park in other peoples spaces. These are just some of the injustices that I've endured while living here. I follow the rules and I don't find it difficult to do so. You, on the other hand, allow your dog run off of the leash, pee, bark, and deposit cattle cookies. In addition, you know all the vacant parking spaces and use them whenever you choose. I'm also convinced that you feel the entire parking lot is an extension of your condo. It's NOT your backyard !!!! Go into your unit !!!!!!!.  You routinely break the rules , while threatening tribunals for others. As for keeping up on current  events , I'm in absolute rapture that I DON'T know about the capture of the "tree trimming terrorist" the words "get a life" fail to rise to the occasion.

The HOA pres was unable to do one task, keep the water on. To make matters worst ,he called Obama a " retard" and no one said a thing. A guy who can't "manage " condo plumbing critiques a man that has to "manage" the world. I refuse to listen to jersey shores version of Rush Limpballs.

Yes we live in a great place with some neighbors who may not see eye to eye. Well it sounds like 'me me and fridaymorningcafe" is saying she is going to attend a meeting and discuss face to face. Let's see if this is true. We will let you know of the next meeting, so you can come express your concerns in public forum and discuss in person. If you attended the meetings you would know someone did admit to cutting the trees. Again you are speaking of items you don't know the full truth about or misrepresenting the truth. Yes my dogs poop and pee and I clean it and others up. I hose down and power wash the complex because I have a sense of pride of ownership, whether the condo is in my mommy's name or not. I live here and I care about my low HOA dues and having a sense of community. If you want to continue the discussion, please attend the next HOA meeting and perhaps we can come to a meeting of the minds. Perhaps you can join one of the committees and provide constructive useful criticism for improvements. I'm sure you are busy helping the sick and poor children, but I promise it will only be about an hour a month that you can voice your criticism in a public forum. We extend the invitation again.
