we've been instructed to pick up our dogs droppings (understandable) and human droppings (from homeless bums) that occur in the front of the building ( not understandable) . We were asked to volunteer to clean up. I volunteer for children, sick people and animals not condos. I pay for the condo to be cleaned. Who volunteers for condo maintenance ?The people that "clean" the building can't seem to grasp the idea of basic cleaning. Human excrement was on the walkway for months until it disappeared after being walked over . They threaten the "scarlet letter" treatment to the culprit that trimmed a tree, the culprit that didn't pick up their dog droppings and the culprit that exposed the building for the dump it is. Big deal. YOU ARE NOTHING to me. I don't care about your threats. I'm not interested in being friends with people that accept a poor quality of life and attack anyone who speaks out. I'm still waiting on your proof of who trimmed the tree , your proof of the dog dropping bandit and your Internet investigation on this posting. So far you've guessed and pointed fingers . If you know something, PROVE IT!!! Point your idiot finger the wrong way and you'll catch a tiger by the tail. Make sure you know what your doing.

that "incident " was on and off water for two months and if you missed it I don't want to know anything about YOUR underpants . I was one of few that noticed the outage . I guess I'm one of few ghat use water.Tthe original post was made at the time of the outages but you've decided to keep talking about it. You will not cover up that incident on this site or any other.

I've lived in the Waterfront for three years, and I love it. The floorplans are fun and quirky, some of the views are breathtaking, and my neighbors are warm and friendly. The HOA board members are responsive and responsible. And as a neighborhood, Little Italy can't be beat. This is definitely an urban living experience, which means a symphony of sights, smells and sounds. If you don't like urban life, this probably isn't the place for you. If you enjoy the Lullaby of the City and having a variety of culinary and cultural attractions at your doorstep, the Waterfront won't disappoint. @fridaymorningcafe, I remember an intermittent problem with the boiler that lasted a few weeks. This was resolved several months ago and hasn't recurred thanks the dedicated efforts of the HOA board and other helpful residents. I don't remember "2 months without water". I think I'd remember something that dramatic. I hope you found a way to do laundry during that time. Life's no fun without clean underpants.
