"me me" "fridaymorningcafe", I really don't know what happened in our community to upset you so much. I'm sorry if you have had ill experiences dealing with people here or just with your home in general. I do know for a fact however that when there is an issue with any unit as far as plumbing, electrical or any other issue, if it is brought to the board and it is an issue that they are to resolve, it is taken care of promptly. We have never been without water here for more than a day and you have to know this is the truth. With 20 other residents around you, there is no way that any of us would let our building be without water for that long of a time. I ask you to please stop giving false information to great people who may want to join our community. We have amazing neighbors, a great HOA, a beautiful complex and live in one of the most vibrant areas of San Diego. I don't want anyone to be swayed by untrue negative comments, because they are simply that, untrue. I apologize if you feel that you were wronged in anyway, but please quit trying to deter future owners from purchasing a home here by telling lies.

Neighbors, Waterfront Lofts is a great community to live in. There are many long time residents and we are starting to get some new neighbors as the sales offices continues to sell the remaining units. If anyone has any doubt to the functioning systems and managing capabilities of the association, we invite you to attend our HOA meetings and to visit the community, see the complex and meet the neighbors. It is obvious one person ("meme" and "fridaymorningcafe" are the same person) has a taken something personal in the past as has decided to blow things out of proportion. This person continues to NEVER attend any HOA meetings and complain from a distance without being part of the solution. This building is self managed, and if anyone thinks that 40+ residents would go months without hot water they are delusional. We are a very involved HOA board, we address issues quickly, we are involved in community events, we are currently working on saving a historic structure adjacent to our complex, we are having our voice heard on future embarcadero development, we report any community issues to the Little Italy Association immediately. In short we care about where we live. It is a shame one person is trying to bring down the entire building, but know that this building and its caring owners will not let that happen. I ask for basic plumbing and I'm called delusional ? The mindless attack on my hygiene, when I was the one trying to get water? This a perfect example of the response I got while trying to get a basic utility " water" to my condo. These attacks are over the top and I am going to make you wish you never said them. I'm going to shove every smart assed, nasty word back down your collective throats. Instead of attacking and denying the facts you choose to make the situation worst. Well you have made it worst and your going to EAT IT!
