Waterloo Gardens three locations, in Pennsylvania and Deleware, carry designs swindled from local Dallas artists and craftspeople, obtained by Waterloo Gardens through longtime and well-documented swindlers Kelly 'Anything You Can Steal, I Can Steal Better' O'Neal (O'Steal and Rene 'Me, Too' Gutierrez and their scam operation Design Legacy (aka Legacy Trading Company, legacy Trading Components, Kelly O'Neal's Interior Design, etc.). Notified of their tainted wares' illegal origin, Waterloo Gardens continues to carry the stolen designs and merchandise, blithely ignoring the thousands of verified complaints against these con artists and the upcoming class action lawsuit.
