We purchased a WaterPik EcoFlow Showerhead and installed it exactly as the instructions dictated.
It leaked; not simply small drips, but a constant stream of water.
Following the 'suggestions' made in the instruction manual did not stop the leak.
I emailed Customer Service using the WaterPik online submission. They *never* replied. Telephone service either gave the run-around or reiterated the useless suggestions made in the instruction manual; no help there.
My father took apart the fixture and examined it, discovering that the washer that comes with the showerhead Does Not Fit. It is a thick washer with a rim, designed to fit around one end of the fixture and create a double seal once the fixture is connected. The problem is that the washer is too thick in diameter, and the two ends of the fixture connect flush with one another; trying to install the washer as designed doesn't work, because the washer simply pops off.
He fixed the issue himself, and called Customer Service to make a consumer suggestion/explanation. Not only did their 'representative' cop an attitude with him, she had the absolute *gall* to *berate* him as he tried to explain what he did. Upset with the her attitude problem, he simply hung up.
