Wavee is a fraudulent scam
Wavee charged $75.00 to my credit card and I won 2 auctions. They never shipped the items and after 3 months voided the transactions for no reason. I reported it to my bank as fraud and got my money back. If they do it to you, you should call your Bank, report the fraud and take your money back.

They took my money immediately but no ship for 6 weeks!
Instead of getting involved in the bidding war, I decided to purchase to use the "Buy Now" price. Sounds simple right? Well, I paid immediately as they directed only to find out 2 weeks later that it would not ship for another 4 weeks.
Now let me get this straight -- I have to pay immediately but they have six weeks to ship???? It sounds to me like they don't have the product you are bidding for and once they have sold enough of that item, they will then go and purchase using volume discounts. Well fine - but do it on someone else's time. I bought this item for a gift.
I encourage everyone to read this site before using this site!

Scam
I open an account with WAVEE and instead of getting my 5 free credits they charge my creditcard $75 for credits and refuse to return it. I'm going to dispute it with my bank. They ripped me off...bastards. I would not recommened anyone to play with they're hard earned money. This appears to be a legitimate site but it is far from it. Stay with the trustworthy sites that have been around for a while. Given the circumstaces this site should be shut dowm right away and never allowed to do business again. They should be investigated.

Product never ships!!
I have been bidding since the first week of December and have won about 20 auctions. Wavee already voided 5 of them ( Technical difficulties) refunded my bids and have yet to ship any other item going on 2 months!! If they have voided the auctions up to the 15th of December and they only do around 40 auctions a day of which about 10 are gift cards, how many shipments a day would they need to take care of?? It doesn't add up and there is definitely something going on here. I won an auction that is still processing on the 16th which should have shipped knowing that all the auctions before it where voided... Bidder beware, and here is to hoping the shipments start arriving soon.

Horrible customer service
I was bidding on a tv. The "fast-paced" auction took 2 days and cost me $123. Then, after the auction. (that I lost because I couldn't stay up til 3am) the credits would not go toward the purchace price if I wanted to buy it. This was supposed to be the upside of using the site.
I think this is fraud. I plan on telling anyone that will listen. I can't believe they actually have people that still visit their site. It is the biggest misrepresentation of a bargain that I have ever come into contact with.

Bids arent real, it keeps adding time on bid!
This auction is pure scam< they dont tell you they keep running back the time 20 seconds.then one time it went to 1 hour back.they charge you 75 cents a bid and thats why they keep running time back! they would nt refund me, my money back!they have very little product to bid on! the people i called about my concern were rude, and tried to tell me this a different kind of bidding.this running from the truth!they only have about 8 items that range from 15 dollars to 400 dollars! this is the biggest scam ive seen in a while!

Failed to ship items won on auction site
Won at least 6 items on Wavee penny auction site in Nov 2010. As of Feb 1 2011 they have not sent one item and refuse to tell me why. I contacted BBB plus threatened them with legal action. The BBB stated they were backlogged with shipping orders. Yea, right! I then contacted them stating I was going to file legal charges. They then voided all items that I had won and gave me some points back to use. Why would I want to use them if they won't ship the items to began with! Think this company is a big FRAUD!

items purchsed not shipped
After spending more than 5oo dollars and countless hours purchasing "good deals" on wavee.com, I have not received my items in 2-3 months. The website states they will ship in 2-3 weeks. They don't! They take your money immediately, but good luck getting your order. I've contacted the company 6 times only to be told, "they would put a rush on it, check into it, send a ticket to the shipping department, we only have 20 employees and can't handle all our orders or the shipping department just left". Today, I was informed my auctions and everyone else's from November 20- December 15 were voided. In other words, I will never get those items and have yet to see a refund. This company (if they really are in business) has lied to customers for months. The attorney general and better business bureau are going to be bombarded with calls. They claim to be concerned with customer service. Does this sound like they are really concerned? Some representatives are rude; others read from a script Wow, can you imagine running a legitimate business in this fashion?

I was defrauded out of $150 for a bid on an IPOD Touch in Dec. 2010
I registered to bid at Wavee and was forced to provide credit card info in advance and was automatically charged $75.00 for credits needed to bid.
I could not sit in front of the computer all day so I engaged their bidbot feature which bids for you while you take a break. I ran out of credits and had to purchase another $75 worth to continue bidding.
Even though I set a maximum bid of $50 for the IPOD Touch, the bidbot spent my money in less than 10 seconds! Whoosh is the sound my money made circling the drain.
I called to complain but the supervisor never returned my call. I spent $150 and I have nothing to show for it.
The Wavee Penny Auction site is a ripoff. Beware and be afraid.
