To whom it may concern,
I am trying to find out how to lodge a complaint for a Waverly Home Classics lighting product. I bought a couple of wall lamps (the kind with arms that extend) a few months ago at Lowes for my bedroom. The model number is RW1773/I-49. I got them at a great price on sale - so no complaints there. I figured the Waverly brand was reliable and was quite happy with how sturdy they seemed. However, I was disappointed to find that after only a few weeks of use, one of the knobs that switches the light on has already ceased to work. Because of the difficulty in getting them mounted, and the fact that I had painted them to match my room already - I am sure that I can't take them back to Lowes to get reimbursed. They were already a closeout item and they won't have any more. I also have one that is mounted on the wall that DOES work, so I would love to be able to be compensated enough to allow me to try and look for a repair solution for the other one that doesn't work. I don't know what to do, but I just wanted the company to know that I am frustrated with this situation and will no longer count on their products as being "reliable". Thanks for any help you can give.
