We had our pool installed in 2005. I agree. The Big push, their financing was almost instant, getting pool put in, was not. Although we didn't have to wait years. We signed in May, the pool was finished the 1st part of October. Of course we couldn't use it until the next year. The filter never worked efficiently, filter cart was expensive and had to be replaced more often than should have. Cleaning the filter was a nightmare also. The pump never pulled the water correctly. We replaced their filter this summer, 2008 with a great sand filter, but still had problems with the pump. We took it in to our local pool shop, the ceramic seal was cracked and was probably that way from installation. That is why the pool would never stay primed. Our grandkids love the pool, but it has and continues to be an uphill battle. The pump died last month, so we are going to have to buy a new pump before the 09 season. It has not been low maintanance, ever. Cracks in the cement. The pipes & Pump leaked from day one.
Superior Funding is another story. As most of you know by now we are paying another company and they can't get our payment records from Superior. I can't seem to get any concrete information from anyone. Evil, evil people. And shame on us for going into this with our eyes half closed.
