We bought the garage door openers thinking they would be a step up compared to regular openers.. far from it as we found out! The steel chords get tangled very easy so then you have a stuck garage door -- we've had to have them worked on 3 times-- motor went out in one -- just junk!!! we are very upset becuase a total waste of money!
