i run an online store. 1 months ago a guy names Wayne Harrell registered on our site and placed an order at amount of $158.76. he paid via credit card. we delivered goods in 4 days as promised on our site.
then early this week, the guy declined the payment, stating it was unauthorized.
son of bitch. delivery address is same as your billing address. how come unauthorized.
