Charges appeared in husband's account - we called bank and managed to get the complete phone # managed to get through where the rep noticed how he was signed up was taking up one of those free offers for 30 days and he noted we had returned and been credited for the product he ordered, but we had not cancelled this. We never signed up for it, don't know what it is supposed to entale. Even though account was in husband's name it signed up two adults and was charging 19.95 each ever month for this non-service. He said he would send a refund letter and he would get credit. Received the letter today stating charges were stopped but he authorized the two months of 19.95 x 2 and we were not eligible for a refund - you have to request another letter for it. How do these people get away with that?

Well, I'm another one scammed by WC Funsource.. and I don't even know for what...!!! This is ridiculous. $24.95 for something I didn't authorized.
