I was charged 19.95 for the past 2 months even though I canceled the subscription over 2 months ago. I canceled again today and they said they would refund my money with in 3 to 5 business days. The funny thing is I called them back 5 minutes later to get a a confirmation number and they had no record of me ever canceling my subscription, hmm. Well if I don't get my money refunded in 3 to 5 business days I'm definetly canceling my credit card and I suggest you do the same. The number to contact them is 800 475 1942.
