This automatic debit to my credit account was made as of October 2008 and I did not authorize it. When I called to complain they would not say who or what they were and said they would cancel my 'subsciption' immediately but I would have to sign a form they would send to try to recover my $118.65. I called again and was told that 'it may have happened when I ordered something online' and was automatically enrolled unless I cancelled the order within 30 days. How could I do it if I didn't know I was being enrolled and I received no goods or services for my subscription? Thye wouldn't even tell me which online order may have tripped this little scam so I could make sure to longer deal wtih them. So $16.95 per month has been charged to my account and if I hadn't finally realized that it wasn't something either my husband or myself had ordered we would be scammed endlessly.
