Taking money from Checking Account
They have been taking money from my checking account for several months. I cannot get through to talk to a person. They direct you to a web site on a recording but it does not exist. I might have to cancel my bank account and reopen another one. How can this happen? Is this the end of trusting the internet?

Never subscribed
I just noticed on my Oct. & Nov. Chase/Sony Card statement that I was billed $16.95 from WC *Value Plus-V. I never ordered anything from them and haven't a clue what this is for. I tried calling the 800 number listed on statement and got this www.programstop.com website. I do not intend to pay for this unauthorized charge. It is a scam.

never heard of your company mush less ever asked for your product. You have sent my account into major overdraft and I have found you out and sent a dispute into my bank. All incurred overdraft fees will be on your company. I have no idwa who your company is and never asked for your product. Thanks now I know who was tring to defaurd me.I don't know how you got my card number, But I expect my bank will take care of this.

Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges to bank account twice for the total amount of $33.90. The Better Business Bureau and the South Dakota Banking Commission have been notified of the fraud.

My account has been charged $16.95 a month from this company, but I do not know who they are or why the charges started.

Charges on my credit card
Charges have been showing up on my master card bill since January 2008, I have just discovered. My credit card company is Cardmember Services. It's phone # is 1-877-875-8078. The charges (monthly) is 19.95. I just noticed because it is the only charge on my account. I want these charges removed and credited to my account immediately. I do not want anymore charges added to my master card account.

Fraudulent withdrawal from my account
I found that 16.95 was taken from my account on 04/04/08, by Value Plus-V (ProgramStop.com)I DO NOT know who these people are, and I DID NOT authorize for them to 'HELP THEMSELVES TO MY HARD EARNED MONIES'!, I want it stopped here and now and the $16.95 refunded IMMEDIATLY!!!
