Hello Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention about a complaint status raised for the faulty Hard Disk adapter of Hard Disk. A complaint was raised for this on 23rd September 2010. I was told that the serial number would be referred to as the Complaint number, In that case, the complaint number for this issue will be WCAV52368337.
I have been regularly following up this case with your customer care and i have been assured that the part has been ordered from Singapore as its presently out of stock. I have just been given some dates to postpone the issue. Nothing has materialized out of these dates as these seem to be more of empty promises than converted into effective actions.
The irony in this entire issue is the way i ma being mentally harassed by your customer care executives, i have even requested them to pass the phone to someone superior so that this issue can be escalated hierarchically, but alas i was kept on hold for more than a hour and the line got disconnected.
I tried to call again today and i was given the same reply again that the parts have not been delivered and you are awaiting the delivery of the same. On requesting to speak to your manager, i was told that the Manager is busy and doesn’t have time for such petty issues. I fail to understand that if my issue is so petty then can you please confirm the same in writing so that i can escalate the same to your higher ups.
I need my adapter urgently and if somebody is busy to escalate my issue, and then i can very well escalate the same to the higher ups to get the delivery of my adapter.
I must say that had i chose some other company over yours, i wouldn’t have been this position where i am almost pleading to you for my own adapter. I did choose your company over others as i was assured of an effective and prompt customer service, which i cannot currently see functioning.
