My name is Rahul and recently 4 months back my wd 160 gb hdd got replaced and got returned to me thru courier. The Hdd being new got crashed in 2 months time. When I again generated a RMA online and wote a mail to them for a schedule courier pickup they still haven't responded yet by calling back to reconfirm. The tollfree numbers provided them by are either busy or not responsive. Even the no.18002005789 is also same and when you call you will get to hear, "Our engineers will call you shortly", this goes on continuously till you disconnected the phone/line with irritation. I am not satisfied with the wdc's service since its the most irritating.
