rude an unprofessionalism
I went to the store on the Boardwalk in Bossier City, on 12/1/10 to return a phone that I bought on 11/19/10. When I was explaning to the sales clerk Devin Simmions, she cut me off an said that she would not replace the phone because I had already sent off for the rebate. I told her that I was unaware that I hade to wait an send off for my rebate. I told her that I had to wait to hours with my wife just to upgrade my phone on that night an the sales assioate never told us that. All he said was that if we did not like the phone we had 30 days to bring it back for an exchange. She than went on to say (we'll you should have read you receipt an im not gonna let you exchange it. She than said all I can do is give you another phone. I ask her could I speak to a manger she replied that she was the manger. So when I asked how could I get in touch with an District Manger she gave me a 1-800 number an told me to get out of the store. When I ask for her name or one of her cards she called security an said that she felt like I was going to harm her. As a result of this matter I will never do anything with this compant again.

False Advertisement/Poor Customer Service/Con Artists
First of all, I had no idea there is a difference in Verizon Corporate Stores and Verizon Affiliates, such as We Know Wireless. They advertise Verizon in big letters everywhere but unless you are looking for the small print, you won’t know that you are not in a Verizon store. It took over two hours to get a new phone. I went into the store because my blackberry pearl was acting up and I had really wanted the new Droid. Well, the girl told me that the HTC Droid was much better and they just happen to have that in stock. In fact, she told me the only difference was in the amount of GB on the Droid X versus the HTC Droid. It took the girl over two hours to upgrade me and then she threw in two cheap face plates, an out-dated internet card, and a car charger. Come to find out, she charged me higher for the HTC Droid then what Verizon was selling it for and she charged me for an ac/dc charger which actually should come with the phone. Deal??? Not a deal what-s0-ever. Let's not to mention that she was eating her lunch and smoking within the time frame I was there. At one point she was even taking down my social security number, made a copy of my driver's license for what reason????? She even waited on other customers and walked out of the store with my debit/credit card in her hand. What kind of service is this??? Not to mention that she put 200.00 extra on a bill than she was suppose to. When we finally left the store, we got down the road and she had given us the wrong charger so we had to turn around and come back. When I got home to start my new internet, the disc to install was broke. Not to mention that the phone was used because we found someone else's pictures on it. So, we went to the nearest Verizon store, come to find out, the internet card she sold me was out-dated and not even sold anymore. I was told that they have received numerous complaints and We Know Wireless makes their own rules. In order to have peace of mind, it was in my best interest to take everything back to the store. Well, the next day was Sunday, so on Monday, I took everything back. The same girl was there and did not want to do the return. In fact, she wanted to charge me a 100.00 to do the return. After arguing that the contract said 50.00 restocking fee, I decided it was worth to pay the 100.00 not to argue with them and I could worry about the fee later as long as I would never have to deal with these people again. Well, she started yelling at me and I told her that she shouldn’t yell at me. Then she starts stating that I was disrespecting her. I took my stuff and told her I didn’t have to put up with her. When I asked her for her manager/corporate office name and number they said they didn’t have to give it to me and told me to look it up in the phone book. When I was walking out the door, they said I could go to the Airline store. At the Airline store, the manager seemed a little bit friendlier but was texting while handling my problem. He also did not want to take the equipment back and he only refunded me $120.00. No refund for the accessory, which is listed as the ac/dc adapter, which he kept with the phone, and I was still charged a 100 restocking fee. After an act of congress, I got the owner's name and email. I have decided that it was really worth the 122.05 not to have to deal with this business anymore but I still feel it was a rip-off.

Terrible experience
I was called at home by Chad, who identified himself. 'being with ALTELL'. I subscribe to Altell so I listened to what this guy had to say. If he had been truthful with me and identified himself as to who he truly work for---that he truly was employed by 'We Know Wireless' I would not have given him 3 seconds of my time. I would also have told him that my number is listed on the National Do Not Call List----and he had just broken the law.
Upon finding out what really had just gone down, I began raising a loud fuss. With Altell and We Know Wireless. The young kids at We Know Wireless were argumentative, and tried to challenge me. To make matters worse, they had a We Know Wireless employee call me back and claim to be with Altell-fraud dept. and he wanted me to explain everything that had happened. He told me he was REAL (ha, ha) SORRY for my trouble and he was going to take care of my problem and also was going to give me some 'credits' on my account for all my trouble.
They tried tie me up with a 24 month contract, claiming that Verison was going to soon take over and would be raising my rates by as much as 20% because I was 'operating outside of a contact' with ALtell.
I have been successful to have this rescinded and now is null and void.
This company needs to be stopped!!! This is the only reason for taking the time to file this complaint.
