I followed the directions for canceling my membership and my credit card was billed for 3 more months! I was charged $34.95 for three months. Each month, I would email customer service and the next month, I was billed again! I have now called and complained and hope that this will stop.

Don't sign up at this website! I am not the first person here to complain about the very same problem.
