We ordered one PJ pants on Dec 13 and received one email with a confirmation. We did not hear anything by Dec 23 and contacted the company. Only then did they tell us that the product was not available. They told us, rudely, that they did not know when they would get it. We started out by trying to be polite and ask why they failed to inform us.

As this was a Christmas item, they should have notified us as soon as they knew that it would not be received in time for Christmas delivery. Rather, they waited until we contacted them to inform us of their lack of responsibility.

When we called a second time and explained how upset we were that they did not have proper customer service, a woman screamed on the phone at us saying that we didn't appreciate what they were trying to do for us (???). Worse, she called back to continue yelling at us saying that she would cancel our order - which of course, was fine because they couldn't deliver it anyway.
