I bought a used 2006 Porsche 911 from this dealer and upon delivery I found the battery box cover lying in the luggage compartment. When I arrived home after driving 1-1/2 hours the car was hard to start indicating a discharged battery. There was a CarFax report this car had several repairs for not starting. The dealer said it was repaired satisfactorily and that if there was still a problem they would fix it or pay to have it repaired.
I took it to my Porsche service (4 hours of my time) facility in Sacramento for diagnosis and they diagnosed a bad battery. I called Weatherford and they said they would pay for the cost of the diagnosis $50 and a new battery. A new Porsche brand battery was $245 so I bought another name brand battery for $100 dollars (2 hours of my time) and sent the bills to Weatherford as instructed. Had to call several times to get them to send a check, when it finally came is was short the $50 and they will not take my calls now.
