charge on credit card
I spoke to someone last month about a 4.95 charge on my credit card after ending my business with Wuyi tea...they said they would refund it(which they did) and then had the nerve to charge my credit card AGAIN for the same thing this month! I will call the Better Business Bureau, and my news station that has a "Call for Action" ! I want the charge removed from my credit card again...for the LAST time !! I will also call my credit card company to warn them about the scams !

did not authorize this charge
I did Not order this web access for 4.95 and want it taken off my credit card now and cancel anyIthing else that goes with this charge. Thank-you. I will be waiting for a reply Karen Kraft

not authorized
I ordered a trial for wuyi tea, they are a sham. My credit card number showed up with a membership fee I did not authorize, plus a fee for web access. This leads me to believe they have given out my number to several other companies. I discovered all this when the credit card bills came. I will pursue this and will dispute all charges on my statement. I do believe they have left me opened for identity theft. If anymore charges come through I will contact the people neccessary to correct the charges.

After ordering wu-yi source tea and subsequently cancelling such order I have been charged 3 payments to date for WEB ACCESS to the total sum so far of £12.44 ($19.48). I hereby now request full refund of said amount. If any further payment are removed from my account I will be forced to take action against you.

Insider secrets guide
i have been charged $4.95 monthly and had no idea what it was for - i called their number 1800-281-9006 and could not speak to a representative - they said to go to their website www.insidersecretsguide.com - i cannot get on their website, i cannot speak to a live representative and i want my money back - they owe me for sept 08', oct 08' and nov 08' totaling $14.85 - i want my money back and i do not want them to charge me again for a service i did not request nor want.

charged account $5.95, telephone # is for different types of products. Not Web Access
I have had unauthorized two separate charges on two different credit cards.
One for $4.95 telephone #866-363-0187 called EN Performance Health.
One for $5.95 telephone #888-289-8740 called Web Access.
Both of these numbers show the same products of green tea and not the En Performance Health or Web Access.
Please beware when ordering online. They use your credit card #'s for other unauthorized charges.
