Had ordered wax on 2/14/11, credit card was charged and still nothing. Have e-mailed several times and when i tried to call they wanted 9.99 through a text to get more info. This is crap!!! These people also own

Will post this everywhere i can think of.

Product never sent but charged
Ordered Hair removal product Jan 28, 2011. Never received product but Visa was charged.
Sent three e-mail's with no response. Will try & get credit back from Visa & list this as a fraudulent company.

I ALSO PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND NEVER RECEIVED IT! I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK! I WILL BE FILING SEVERAL CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AND CONTACTING THE BBB AS WELL AS DISPUTING THE CHARGES ON MY CARD! WHAT A SCAM! WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THING THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!

no product received
I ordered wax from web beauty store and received an email stating they received my order, but it never was shipped to me. there is no phone number in my email to contact anyone about this, there is an email which i wrote to multiple times and was never contacted about my order. this website is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Order not received
I ordered a product on May 28, 2010 and as of July 14, 2010 I still have not received my purchase. I never even got a shipment confirmation email. I was not alarmed at first seeing as it says shipping can take up to 4 weeks and the site is supposedly based in CA and I live in MA. I have sent 2 emails with the second one saying I will contact the Attorney General to no avail, I have heard nothing from the company. I will call my bank tomorrow and see what can be done in terms of filing for fraud or at least getting a refund.

I placed an order for crystal gel malibu product. My credit card was charged. I then received an email from their rep asking me for my physical address for shipping as I had given them a p.o. box. I waited but never rfeceived the product. I have since emailed the person twice and they have not replied and I still do not have product

I ordered a face wash product on 3/6/08. I remember seeing somewhere on their site that shipments could take up to 21 business days to reach people so I wasn't alarmed when I didn't receive it right away. But when I sent an email to ask where it was and received no reply I got a little scared. Now I see more and more people have had the same problem. This sucks! How do you reach these people or even report them?

Purchase never received!
I ordered a product from Web Beauty Store in mid November 2007, and as of January 18, 2008 have not received it. I've sent several polite inquiries by email and have not received any response. They have no other contact information on their website; no phone, no corporate office, no address, nothing. They give an odd and bogus sounding rationale for not having a customer service phone number that makes no sense at all. I'm afraid I've lost the $100 or so that I paid them, and guess it's another lesson of "buyer beware."

Product not received!
I ordered a product on 6/9/ 07. I was told by email that it shipped on 6/29/07. have not received products yet and have paid for them. I could never get through by phone and now I called this morning and the phone number has been disconnected. What can I do about this? I emailed them on a few occasions and have not received anything yet.
