I have been a member for along time, I have not been able to access the site forever. I paid good money for this site at the time I purchased it, so in return I exspect to have access to the site. I have looked & looked, for the site and it seems that it is not here anymore. Well what happens to the GOOD money that I paid for your site. This site let me log on just long enough for me to sign up and give them money then they never answered again!!

I SIGNED ON VIA WEB ON 11/15/08 AND GAVE MY BANK CARD INFO TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FOR THE SUM OF $2.95 A ONE TIME FEE PER THEIR WEBSITE. SUBSEQUENTLY THEY HAVE WITHDRAWN A TOTAL OF $ 79.90 FROM SAME ACCOUNT (CHASE) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION

I AM A DISABLED SENIOR AND THEIR WITHDRAWING THESE FUNDS HAVE NOW PREVENTED ME FROM PURCHASING MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION FROM THE PHARMACY.

ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO GAIN A REFUND OF MY MONIES WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

billing my card for unwanted services without my permission.

I cancelled my membership before the 3 day trial was even up back in Aug.08 and they told me there would be no charges, I get my credit card statement today and they charged me twice within two days, mind you its Nov.08 for 38.83 each.When I called the service # she confirmed my membership had been cancelled and there shouldnt have been no charges and that they would send me an email within 48hrs and refund my money within 10-14 days.Well I tried to call back because to me this was not suffiecient, and I had an answering machine pick up my call and tell me to leave a call back #.I have read on this complaint site numerous other complaints like mine, something needs to be done.
