I Also had this company withdraw 19.63 from my account but they have also now withdrew another 19.+ from my acount. I am home bound but CitiBank said they will take care of it, I just have to go to the branch. Someone, hello FTC?, should be watching this stuff! This has cause hundreds of $ overdraft fees which will not allow me to pay my bills. What can I do?
