I noticed on 9/28/2010 that there was a charge for 29.95 to a Web Saver. I have never nor will never use such a service. I went to my bank and they gave me the phone number. I call on that day 9/28/2010 and was told that a refund would be processed and that their policy states 8-10 days. I spoke wiht Mr. Lopez on 10/7/2010 and he told me that it would be back in my account by Monday, 10/11/2010. It is now Monday and there is no refund, and I spoke with that Mr. Lopez and he told me again that he would handle it personally.

Please don't ever deal with company or you will be ripped off.

TWO WITHDRAWLS HAVE BEEN POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT FOR $29.95 ON 7/16/10 AND 7/13/10 FOR WEB SAVERS. i DO NOT KNOW WHAT THESE CHARGES ARE FOR AND DO NOT WANT IT TO CONTINUE.

they took 30 dollars out last month i called and told them to go to hell and this month they took 40 dollars!

they took 29.98 from my bank after i said no to a loan . they maid my actt bounce that not it right.
