Webb and Bowers Roofing (owned by Don Webb) is the most unethical company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. Bottom line, I wound up having another company come out and completely re-roof my whole house a year after Webb and Bowers had replaced my roof in 2008 due to continual leaks and other problems with their work.
It first started leaking 2 weeks after installation, while I was deployed. Took an additional 2 weeks before my house sitter could get anyone to respond to her phonecalls. They came out and threw some caulk on the roof. When I got back from deployment and had a chance to look at the roof in daylight (the installation was done the night before I left for the desert), I realized they had used the wrong sized drip edge, leaving inch wide gaps in places between the drip edge and the facia that water and critters could get into. They came out to look at it and first told me I was missing a board that should have gone under the drip edge, but which they hadn't installed because they were only replacing existing items. I told them the previous roof had not had gaps between the drip edge and facia and pointed out areas where you could see that the previous drip edge had extended down further than what they put on it. They told me that drip edge was not made in any larger size. I went to home depot and found the larger size and called to tell them about it and Mr. Bowers would just talk over me whenever I started speaking. My roof started leaking again and they would not respond to any of my calls. I finally contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint, but he said I was confused because I had gotten the name of his sales representative wrong in the complaint. My roof was still leaking, but apparently that didn't matter to the Better Business Bureau.
