These people will never email you, or answer their phone when you finally find out that they have been debiting your card for months for user ID's that have never been used. $9.95 a month, for 5 months, they have stolen my money, for four user ID's totalling approximately $150.00

These people are not unlike some of the ripoffs I've about here.

It appears though, that there is little recourse, which absolutely needs to be addressed quickly!
