I cancelled an unrequested membership on 6/14/10. Received email stating account cancelled 3/2010 on 6/14/10. 6/23/10 my account was chgd by elect. check, I dont know how they got my account #. I have already had to cancel my debit card due to similar situation. I called today and was told by supervisor Sam Adams (female), I am not sure it is real name, that they will reverse chg in 7-10 days. I forwarded a copy of cancellation letter also. We'll see if she does as she says, I will post results after 10 days.
