Avoid this company at all risk. I paid for a full year of service. Thirty days latter they dropped me from their billing and removed my name. I had to prove I had paid in full for one year by sending them a copy of the bill. Thirty days latter, they still had not fixed or activated my account. Their web site says free thirty day trial period. WebEx refused to honor my request for access to my account while they tried to fix my billing for my account. This is March 24th and now they want to cancel my account, a full 90 days later.
Their tech support was unable to resolve this problem. Their billing department would not speak with me.
I you have a business, stay away from WebEx products/services. You will be judged by WebEx poor performance (or lack of service). They are incapable of resolving problems they create.
