Webfusion changed the IP address of my VPS without telling me. "We sent you an email" they said. It may well be in my spamfilter but even so they failed to transfer my 10 websites across to the new IP address.
Result 10 of my most important websites were down for 18 hours. Utterly unacceptable. I am planning my migration from Webfusion to a host who might pick up the phone before risking bringing all my sites down.
