Card Problem - Bad experince
I had one of the pathetic experience with this company. Once i lost my Debit Card and asked them to issue a new Debit Card, but first they refused and then told to send the request online, and i will receive the same at my Address.
When request sent i did not get reply for a week about the status of the same. When called again they told to send the request again. I sent the request again and finally got reply that i had to visit my base branch i.e at vasant kunj, which is too far from my place and i didn't have enough time to go there due to my busy schedule. I again called and requested online also for sending it via courier and deduct the charges from my account.
At last they agreed to send the courier, but for 15 days i didnt receive the same. When i called them again then finally they sent me the Debit card after long querral of almost two months which usually takes 10-15 days.
This company was very good in servicing at the starting but i think now due to overloaded customer base they are not able to serve them efficiently.

The main problem with Weblink India is their lack of reliability.
While they certainly can design a site, once they have your money, they do not offer quality support for their product.
Their product worked, but the architecture of the design was anything but trim and elegant. Rather it was weighed down with directories and sub-directories that had no purpose.
The interlocutors for Weblink India - those who have contact with their clients - appear to be youngsters with only a superficial understanding of the technology. Communication with them is difficult enough, but when all communications to their tech people need to go through them, the whole system becomes inefficient at best. And not only are they NOT available 24x7 as they promise, but entire weeks can pass without even an email response.
I tried to work with Weblink India for over a year . . . During that time I tried to work though the problems we encountered. At no time would they disclose any information regarding how the company was administered or structured.
In the end, when I finally decided to move the side from their server to a US-based server, I asked them to reset the pointers in the database file and PHP files. This they would not do. They obstructed the transfer for almost 2 months after had to rewrite the entire site - without their PHP files . . .
I would strongly urge anyone to stay away from this company. You will do a lot better working with a company that communicates better, is more courteous, and is more responsible and professional.
