charged without authorization

WebSavers took $19.95 out of my checking account without authorization. When I called customer service, it took a fight to get to a supervisor and when I finally did, he tried to tell me to spend $100 on gas and they would send me a $100 gas card as a "free" gift. When I was insistent that all I wanted was a refund for a service I never signed up for in the first place, he said all they could do was send me a check that would take 2 to 3 weeks, even though they took my money right away.

was charged $34.95 on my credit card and had no idea what it is for.

I am also not the only one that this has happed to.I was charged $34.95 on my child support account, which is now done through a banking card (like a Visa), have no clue how they got my number.Or how I am to use this service.But if anyone has a clue how to remove theses charges from my card, or stop them from doing a again.
PLEASE post it here. or you can post it on yahoo or google . I am a single mother of two with a ex-husband that is laid off, so when I do get funds put in my account I really need them.So if anyone can help me recoupe these funds or atleast stop them from taking any more of my childrens money.please e-mail me at slwp62 yahoo.
