This company has NO support for hosting services. My site has been down for 3 weeks and I've logged several trouble tickets with zero response. The company farms out their phone service to an external messaging company, and their 24/7 online support is non-existent. The emai goes out into cyberspace never to return. the chat line closes after a couple of minutes with no response.
I am now attempting to transfer my domain name away from Webserve, but that is proving to be impossible because NO-ONE will return my calls or emails. The messaging sevice rep told me I would have to cancel my domain name (I've paid for it for 5 years), so I can then re-register it at another company - what a load of crap.
How do I get access to the codes to authorize the transfer when it appears that Webserve doesn't care about it's clients or it's business?
