This scammer firm is using personal English name to trick you that they are local company to you. These names are David Gilmore, Jiff, Michael, etc.
They have promised us to build a new ecommerce website for us. On March 2009 From scratch based on our requirement. Including a shopping cart. Instead of designing the site for us from the scratch. They have used a ready made template which did not meet our needs. Even the shopping cart is not a user friendly.
They charge us over $900.00 US dollar. When we ask them to redesign the shopping cart or use an open source for shopping cart such as Magneto. They have refused to that. And Asked us to pay them $2500.oo USD to do that. We told them you are violating the contract by asking us pay $2500 for building a shopping cart. Therefore, When we reach no satisfactory solution to this issue. We offer them to keep $300 USD and refund us a $600.00 They have refused our offer and did not replay to our email or phone calls.
They are not honoring their words or contract. Biggest online website designer scammers. They scammed our company out of Nine hundreds US dollar and refused to refund even when the service did not work.
