I prepaid for an annual website and email hosting service through Hyperstreet.com. I have regular VALID complaints that were entirely ignored and/or met with argument. Even worse, they lied to me about corrective time frames and preventative measures for the future problems. Most recently, I have been forced to change my email provider to Globat.com due to my email service through Hyperstreet.com being down for days at a time and no one answering the phone or email inquiries addressed to hyeprstreet.com.
Today I discovered that me website is no longer available. I paid for these services that I am not receiving. All emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I recently complained by phone and email to an EXTREMELY argumentative lady who sent me an email, that I requested, stating that I have until February 25, 2010 before my website contract expired. I have purchase my own website builder and have been working day and night building a new site that is not controlled by Hyperstreet. However, they cut me off and now my company website is not publicly available. I see that others have the same experience as there are other Hyperstreet.com customer reviews on the web.
